The department is recognized as one of the leading gastroenterology centers in Guangdong Province and holds a prominent position in Shenzhen. It is accredited as a Ministry of Health Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Gastroenterology Training Base and a Ministry of Health Endoscopy Evaluation Base.
